Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance of the DuPont padding and the recycled polyester fabric, it is vital to follow these care instructions carefully.
We recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this lower temperature protects the integrity of the recycled fibres and prevents the synthetic insulation from degrading prematurely.
Ensure the jacket is washed separately from other items. This prevents any potential colour transfer and protects the technical fleece panels from pilling that can occur when rubbing against coarser fabrics.
Always close the zippers before placing the jacket in the wash. Leaving zippers open can lead to the teeth snagging on the delicate lining or the stretch fleece panels, causing permanent damage to the garment.
Do not soak the jacket. Prolonged exposure to standing water can weaken the bond of the padding and affect the fabric's finish. Finally, do not tumble dry this item; heat can damage the elastane components and cause the insulation to lose its loft and shape.
